Coronavirus (COVID_19): Information and advice

Rochdale Stay Well will provide you with information and advice on the type of services that Adult Care has to offer. If you feel you need care and support from Adult Care, we will need to work out what your care and support needs are and what you could pay towards the cost of your care and support.

You can find out what your contribution will be for your care and support by using the online calculator in the Paying for Care and Support services section.

You may want to arrange your own care and support by visiting the Our Rochdale Service Directory to see what support is available in your local community.

What is Adult Care's client portal?

As we move further into the digital age, providing information in accessible and varying formats is important for the people we support and their representatives.

Our client portal provides a secure online space for users to communicate and correspond with Adult Care. Designed to enhance communication and simplify processes, the portal can be used by service users, their representatives and Adult Care staff to:

  • Send and receive documents (e.g. assessments & letters)
  • Sign and return documents
  • Send and receive secure messages

Visit the client portal to register for a new account or to sign in to your existing account.

This page also contains more information about your personal information and privacy, and how we process and protect your information.
